Getting started

How does XpertWorker work?
XpertWorker is a marketplace. You tell us what you need and share your location; we connect you with independent, KYC-verified professionals working near you. They reach out with a free quote, you choose who to hire, and you pay that professional directly.
Is XpertWorker free for customers?
Yes — always. You never pay XpertWorker a single rupee. There is no booking fee, no platform fee, and no commission added to your bill. You pay only the professional, only for the work done.
Which areas do you cover?
We currently operate across Delhi NCR. Share your location when you search and we will show professionals working in and around your area.
Do I need an account to book?
You sign in quickly with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). This keeps your bookings and messages secure.

Pricing & payments

How much will a service cost?
The professional you choose sets and quotes the price, based on the actual work required. Any prices shown on the site are indicative estimates for guidance only — the final price is agreed directly between you and the professional.
Do I pay XpertWorker?
No. XpertWorker never charges customers and is not part of your payment. You pay the professional directly.
How do I pay the professional?
Directly — usually in cash or by UPI — after the work is done and you are satisfied. Always inspect the work before you pay.
Are the prices on the site final?
No, they are indicative estimates only. XpertWorker does not set, control, or guarantee any price.

Professionals & trust

Are the professionals verified?
Every professional completes PAN & Aadhaar identity (KYC) verification before they can receive any lead. Please note this is an identity-document match only — it is not a criminal background check, licence verification, or skills assessment.
Does XpertWorker guarantee the work?
No. Professionals are independent and run their own businesses; the service agreement is between you and them. We provide reviews, support, and grievance redressal, but we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work. Please use your own judgement when hiring.
Can I choose a specific professional?
Yes. You receive quotes from the professionals who respond, and you decide who to talk to and hire. There is no obligation.
A professional behaved badly — what do I do?
Report it to us right away. We investigate and can warn, suspend, or remove a professional. See "Report a problem" below.

Bookings & cancellations

How do I book a service?
Pick a service, share your location, and submit your request. Nearby verified professionals are notified and reach out to you with free quotes.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes. You can cancel any time before you agree a job with a professional. Since XpertWorker never charges you, there is no cancellation fee from us.
What if a professional doesn't show up?
Report a no-show to our support team within 48 hours with the booking details. We will look into it and may act on the professional's account, though as a marketplace we cannot guarantee a replacement or compensation.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
First raise it directly with the professional — most issues are resolved on the spot. If that does not work, contact our support team; you also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Safety

How does XpertWorker keep me safe?
Every professional is identity-verified, reviews are visible, and our team handles disputes and grievances. For extra safety, always be present during the work, keep valuables secure, and pay only after inspecting the completed job.
Any tips before hiring?

Account & privacy

How is my personal data used?
We use your data only to connect you with professionals and run the service. We never sell it or use it for third-party advertising. Read our Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email our support team from your registered mobile number and ask for account or data deletion. We process valid requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.
