XpertWorker Technologies ("XpertWorker") operates an online marketplace at xpertworker.com that introduces customers to independent home-service professionals in Delhi NCR. Our only role is to facilitate that introduction and to run the rating, review, and communication tools around it. We are an "intermediary" under Section 2(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. Professionals Are Independent — Not Ours
PROFESSIONALS ON THE PLATFORM ARE INDEPENDENT, SELF-EMPLOYED THIRD PARTIES. THEY ARE NOT EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, OR FRANCHISEES OF XPERTWORKER IN ANY MANNER.
XPERTWORKER DOES NOT OWN, OPERATE, DIRECT, OR CONTROL ANY PROFESSIONAL OR THEIR BUSINESS. WE DO NOT ASSIGN, SCHEDULE, SUPERVISE, OR INSPECT THEIR WORK. THE CONTRACT FOR ANY SERVICE IS SOLELY BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND THE PROFESSIONAL.
3. No Endorsement or Guarantee
Listing on the Platform is not a recommendation, endorsement, certification, or guarantee by XpertWorker of any professional's skill, honesty, qualifications, punctuality, pricing, or the quality or safety of their work. Ratings and reviews are the opinions of other users, not of XpertWorker.
4. KYC Is Document-Matching Only
Where we verify a professional's government identity documents (such as PAN and Aadhaar), this is a document-matching check only. It is not a background check, criminal-record check, licence verification, or skills assessment, and must not be relied upon as such. The decision to engage any professional rests entirely with the customer.
5. No Liability for Services
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, XPERTWORKER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INJURY, DEATH, THEFT, DELAY, NO-SHOW, DEFECTIVE WORK, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR ANY OTHER HARM ARISING FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF A PROFESSIONAL OR A CUSTOMER. ANY CLAIM IN RESPECT OF A SERVICE LIES AGAINST THE PROFESSIONAL WHO PERFORMED IT.
6. Pricing Is Indicative Only
Any prices shown on the Platform are indicative estimates for general guidance. The final price is set and quoted by the professional based on the actual work required. XpertWorker never charges customers and does not set, control, or guarantee the price of any service.
7. Information "As Is"
Content on the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose. We may update or correct content at any time without notice.
8. Third-Party Links
The Platform may link to external websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.
9. Assumption of Risk
You understand and accept that engaging any professional carries inherent risk, and you do so on your own judgement and at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying credentials, supervising access to your property, and inspecting completed work before paying the professional.
